Yikes, my first post!

So, this is my attempt to keep in touch with friends and family. I'm leaving my "home" here in Toronto and heading off to Cape Town, South Africa. Someone told me the other day that it's just like going to Vancouver... in Africa! I'll have to see for myself. No matter where I go though - i always proudly proclaim my prairie roots. Hence the lovely Saskatchewan flag over here.
